Frequently Asked Questions

Can my fish die?

No. In Aquary, fish never die, get sick, or disappear. If you are away for a while, they simply miss you.

Do I have to pay for care?

No. Feeding, refreshing the water, and adjusting temperature are always free. Purchases and Aquary+ only add beauty.

How do I restore my purchases?

Tap the gem counter in the Shop and use the "Restore purchases" button at the top of the storefront. As long as you use the same store account, Aquary+ and the Starter Pack will be restored.

How do I cancel my Aquary+ subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by your store account: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and the decorations you earned remain yours.

How does adding friends work?

There is no search or discovery. You generate a one-time invite code in the Friends panel and share it with someone you choose; whoever enters the code becomes your friend. You can remove or block a friend at any time.

How do I delete my data?

Use "Delete my data" at the bottom of the Friends panel for instant deletion. Details: Delete Your Data.
