Overview

We collect only the information needed to operate our website, answer inquiries, deliver paid services, and comply with United States law. We do not sell personal information. Analytics are powered by Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregates traffic data.

Information We Collect

• Inquiry Data: name, email, company, project preferences, and message details submitted through our contact form.
• Service & Billing Records: company information, contracts, invoices, and payment confirmations for business clients.
• Analytics Data: page URL, referral information, user agent, and approximate location (city, country) derived from IP. Vercel Web Analytics hashes requests, does not set cookies, and discards session identifiers within 24 hours.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve our services and website.
• Respond to inquiries, proposals, and support requests.
• Send administrative messages and service-related notices.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and satisfy legal obligations.
• Send marketing updates only when you opt in and while you allow it.

Sharing & Service Providers

We share data with trusted processors solely to deliver the Services. These currently include Vercel, Inc. (hosting, deployment platform, and Web Analytics) and Private Email (email hosting). A current list is maintained at /legal/subprocessors. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements consistent with U.S. requirements.

Storage & Transfers

Personal information is stored on infrastructure located in the United States. Should data be processed in other jurisdictions by our processors, they do so under contractual safeguards that maintain comparable protection.

Retention

• Inquiry and project correspondence: up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required.
• Contracts, billing, and tax records: 5-10 years, in line with U.S. bookkeeping rules.
• Analytics request hashes: removed within 24 hours; aggregated metrics retained for trend analysis.

Your Privacy Rights

U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) may grant you rights to request access, deletion, correction, or an opt-out from certain processing. To exercise these rights or appoint an authorized agent, email contact@deruvishlabs.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity and will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.

Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we post changes, we will update the effective date and, if the updates are material, provide additional notice as required.
