Terms of Service — Taboo: No Friends Edition

Review the terms of service for the Taboo: No Friends Edition mobile application.

Effective date: March 25, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Taboo: No Friends Edition mobile application (the "App"), published by Deruvish Labs, LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. The App. Tabu is a word-guessing game you can play with friends or against AI. The App offers free card packs and premium content.
  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App with parental or guardian consent.
  3. Subscriptions and Purchases.
    • The App offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscription plans.
    • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
    • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
    • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.
    • Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
  4. Free Trials. If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
  5. AI Mode. AI mode is powered by the Google Gemini API. The clues you type are sent to our server for processing. Misuse of AI mode (sending inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content) is prohibited and may result in suspension of your access.
  6. Acceptable Use. You may not use the App for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
  7. Intellectual Property. The App and its content (design, code, card data, graphics) are the property of Deruvish Labs, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties. The App is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 6 months preceding the event.
  10. Third-Party Services. The App may integrate with third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and Google Gemini API. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
  11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
  12. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA.
  13. Privacy. For information about how your data is collected and used, please review our Privacy Policy.
  14. Changes. We may update these Terms. When we post an updated version, we will update the effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
